The service

BaziGPT casts a BaZi (Four Pillars) chart from the birth details you provide and generates personalized readings and conversations with AI. All products are digital content, unlocked immediately after payment.

Nature of the readings

All readings are AI-generated on the framework of traditional BaZi astrology, offered for self-reflection and decision support. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For major decisions, also consult a qualified professional — the final choice, and responsibility for it, is yours.

Accounts

Keep your registration details accurate and your credentials safe. Activity under your account is treated as yours.

Pricing & payment

The Service offers two paid products: a one-time “Master Blueprint” at US$58, and a monthly “Ongoing Access” subscription at US$18/month. Prices are listed on our pricing page and shown again at checkout; billing is in US dollars.

Depending on your region, payment is processed by Stripe or by Creem; when you pay via Creem, Creem completes the transaction as the merchant of record.

Refund policy

One-time Master Blueprint: full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked — just email support@bazigpt.net.

Monthly Ongoing Access: cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges already collected for the current period are non-refundable.

Fair use: we reserve the right to decline further refunds where the same user repeatedly purchases and refunds.

Subscription & auto-renewal

The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime in the Service or by email. Cancelling does not affect anything you bought one-time (such as your full chart access).

Acceptable use

You may not scrape or resell readings in bulk, reverse-engineer the Service, abuse its interfaces through automation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Readings generated for you are for your personal use. The Service's interface, copy, and implementation belong to the operator.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service, and direct liability is capped at the amount you actually paid.
