BaziGPT (“the Service”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, where it's stored, and how you stay in control of your data.

What we collect

Birth details: the date, time, and place you enter — used only to cast your chart and calibrate true solar time.

Account details: your email address when you sign up; passwords are stored encrypted.

Conversations: your questions and the AI's replies, kept to maintain context within a session.

Purchase records: product type, amount, and payment status — never your card number or other payment credentials.

Where your data lives

When you're not signed in, your chart and conversations stay in your own browser's local storage. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.

When you sign in, your chart and conversations sync to our database hosted on Supabase so you can pick up on any device.

AI processing

To generate readings, your chart data and questions are sent to third-party language model providers (Google Gemini, with DeepSeek as fallback). We do not use your data to train models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or Creem (acting as merchant of record). Your card details go directly to the payment processor — our servers never touch or store them.

Analytics

We may use anonymized usage statistics (page views, button clicks) to improve the product. These are never linked to your chart or conversations.

Your control

Not signed in: clearing your browser's local data removes everything, no trace left.

Account data: email support@bazigpt.net to delete your account and all associated data. We process deletion requests within 14 days.
